The Perfect Garlic Butter Sauce for Your Seafood Boil!
Woohoo! I have created the perfect garlic butter sauce for your seafood boil using Sentry's Seafood Seasoning! This sauce is made with fresh garlic, butter, and a hefty amount of Avonya's Blends' Sentry's Seafood Seasoning. Just a little disclaimer, this garlic butter sauce is not vampire friendly. Yes, there is plenty of garlic, but Sentry's Seafood Seasoning is definitely the star of this recipe. Perfect on crabs of all kind, shrimp, crawfish and lobster! Here is a little secret to maximizing the flavor of Avonya's Blends' garlic butter sauce. Add your shellfish, corn, potatoes and sausage to an aluminum baking dish and pour the sauce on top, making sure to spoon on all the ingredients that have settled to the bottom as well. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 375 for 10+ minutes. Letting your seafood steam in the oven with the garlic butter will allow it to soak up all that delicious flava' into the shells. Also, shake a little bit more Sentry's Seafood Seasoning on top of your seafood boil before you place it in the oven for a little razzle dazzle.
Avonya's Blends Garlic Butter Sauce
The perfect seafood boil Garlic Butter Sauce using Sentry's Seafood Seasoning from Avonya's Blends
4 Sticks Salted or Unsalted Butter
1 Tablespoon Avonya’s Blends’ Sentry’s Seafood Seasoning
1 Heaping Tablespoon Minced Or Finely Chopped Fresh Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Paprika
In a large saucepan, add the 4 sticks of butter. Turn the heat on medium-low (3) and let the butter start to melt.
Add in the salt, Sentry’s Seafood Seasoning, garlic, paprika and parsley
Once the butter is completely melted, turn the heat up to medium and whisk all of the ingredients together
Once the butter sauce starts to simmer, let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, whisking frequently.
Once the sauce is cooked, remove from heat.
Sauce can be used as a dipping sauce for crabs and shellfish, or you can pour it over seafood and bake it. Best used on a seafood bake with crab legs, corn, potatoes and shrimp!
